Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.
  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll do our best to keep you updated on any delays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.   

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.   
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
